Cups have the perfect flexibility, soft for easy insertion and stiff enough to remain securely in place during exercise. Have been using a cup for 5+ years, but I can recommend this for first-time users who are not sure which size fits them best.

Wish I started using this product a long time ago. Does take some practice to get used to, but once you overcome that you really do not have to worry. I did my karate with this in and not one leak.

I was sceptical about the menstrual cup but decided to try it because of my heavy flow. Best decision!!! It really lasts 8 hours!! You have to figure out how to insert it but once you understand your body, it works like a charm. I cut the little handle and use a pantyliner on busy days!

I've been using menstrual cups for 15 years. These are not the firmest of cups, but it's good value for money. For those who are new to cups: research the different folds. I have never been able to use the standard c-fold, but can recommend the 7-fold and origami fold. And practise before you need it.

This menstrual cup is easy to use, comfortable and easy to clean. The sterilizer cup is a great way to keep the menstrual cup clean and it stores nice and flat. Would definitely recommend.

The product is good. I haven't gotten used to it fully but it works wonders. I no longer worry about leaks when I'm at work and it saves me so much money. The downside is that it absorbs all the smell which I don't know how to get rid of even after boiling it.

I'm never going back to tampons or pads after using this for the past 3 years. And yes, I'm only replacing my cup for the first time after three years of faithful use, and only because it is becoming discoloured. I only used the small one of the two cups included and it worked perfectly.

Very handy to have both sizes. Just wish it came with two steriliser cups, since I store them in there. Works great. I ended up flipping them inside out because, even trimmed, the stem was irritating.

I would 100% recommend this product. Been using it for almost a year now and it's been great. I have it on throughout the entire day, 6am to 4pm, and only empty and reinsert it in the evening. It holds up so much blood, or maybe because I don't have a heavy flow. So what you do is push down the brim of the cup with your index finger, then with your other hand you pinch it to create a C shape. Locate your cervix with your finger and push the cup down there, release it in order for it to open up, thus creating a seal around your vaginal wall. It must be placed in such a way that the cup encloses the opening of the cervix to collect the blood. It takes some getting used to but it's not challenging.

It's okay, I struggle pulling it out but after some videos I realised I wasn't doing it right. Will try again.

Easy to use and more comfortable than I expected. Takes a day or two to get the hang of it but I'm fully converted!

I absolutely LOVE this product. The instruction manual is thorough and explains in detail with diagrams how to use and care for these cups. The stems are easy to cut off or trim to the desired length. I own a few pairs of these as I keep a pair in my car and another at home. Using a menstrual cup is so much better than tampons and pads. It feels much more hygienic, there's no more waste and no more stress about leaking. I haven't gotten a UTI since switching to a cup. Thank you Flo Angel!!

This has been so useful! It took a few trial and errors, but overall I love not having to worry about running out of period products or having to change a tampon every few hours. The fact that it also reduced the product waste that I used to throw away every month is a huge benefit.

I've used a menstrual cup for over 7 years now, and I can affirm that Flo Angel is top-notch in terms of comfort! Very impressed. I love that I can switch from large to small on my lighter days. A good buy! Just wish the sterilizing cup was a bit bigger.

This is the second time I've bought a menstrual cup from Flo Angel. I like their products because of the quality of their cups and because they provide a holder for the menstrual cup. The blue cup holder is convenient since it serves as a safe storage place and allows you to sterilize the cup after each use. I simply fill it with water, add some salt and microwave it for 3–5 minutes. There's no need to buy extra sterilizers or boil it in a pot. The cup itself is clear with no colourants. It's a firm cup, which some may find uncomfortable, but I prefer firmer cups because they snap into place more easily. Just be mindful of sizing before you buy.

Still getting used to it, but so far so good. The cups are easy to use and clean and are comfortable. I like the fact that there's a container to store them in when not in use. Overall, happy!

Comfy, a bit hard to take out. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy periods but would recommend it for medium to light periods.

I have transitioned from using commercial pads to give my body a break from chemicals and I think this product is amazing. There's no odour while I bleed and no leakage. It's easy to clean and travel with. I have recommended it to my nieces and friends. I prefer the smaller cup and I'm grateful for the two sizes so I could determine which one I like.
