Good care matters for hygiene and longevity. There are three simple steps to caring for your cup well.
Empty, rinse and wash after every removal with a mild soap and running water.
Before first use and after every cycle, sanitize to clear bacteria and odours.
Air-dry fully, then store in a breathable pouch or sterilizer cup between cycles.
Cleaning is super easy. After removal and before insertion, empty, rinse and wash your cup with a mild detergent soap and clean running water. Rinse thoroughly before re-inserting.
Out and about? If you can't use soap — like in a public bathroom — simply empty your cup, wipe it with toilet paper and re-insert. Just be sure to wash it properly when you get home.
Avoid these — they irritate you or degrade the cup:
Harsh chemicals and soaps — or soapy residue left behind — can sting and irritate delicate skin. A dishwasher is not suitable for washing your cup.
Before first use and after every cycle, sanitize to remove bacteria and prevent stains and odours. There are three ways — pick whichever suits you.

After cleaning, place your cup in a microwaveable dish with enough water to cover it and boil. Ensure it boils for at least 2 minutes, let it rest 2 more minutes, then carefully remove and air-dry fully before storing.

Place your cup in a pot and pour in boiling water — keep it off the bottom so it doesn't scorch. Boil for 3 minutes, then set on a clean surface to air-dry completely before storing.

Use a disinfectant sterilizing solution (liquid or tablet). Mix per instructions, fully submerge the cup with no air bubbles for 15–30 minutes, then remove and air-dry completely before storing.
Made from high-quality food-grade silicone that withstands temperatures up to 230°C. This collapsible cup works as a microwave sanitizer and a tidy storage container between cycles.
With proper care your Flo Angel cup will last for years — but not forever. When you notice any discolouration, odours, cracks, a change in texture, or any other deterioration, it's time for a new one.
We also don't recommend using a cup after a yeast infection — replacing it is the safer choice.
Clean, sanitized and cared for — now make sure you're in the perfect size.
